Karasu Killer's news don't stop! Finally the long awaited debut from D.E.R. is out, "Quando a Esperança Desaba" has 16 grindcore/punk tracks. Another release is the split with Hellsakura from Brazil and Kamisori from Japan. Our zine also has new stuff: interviews with Presto? and Leptospirose. And, oh, we can't forget the videos from D.E.R., Hellsakura and Kamisori!

Even though we are still in February there is still time to wish a Happy New Year to everyone! And this year, Karasu Killer Records plans on releasing a lot of stuff! Ação Direta has recently gone through some line-up changes. Citing personal reasons, guitar player Gil has left the band. He had joined the band in 2003, to replace Marcus "Pancho", who is now back. Right now, the band is working hard on rehearsals and preparing a series of special shows to celebrate the 20 uninterrupted years on the road. The first show is on September 29th (Saturday) at Hangar 110 in São Paulo/SP, where Ação Direta will share the stage with Finnish band Rattus, who are on their first Brazilian tour.

Pay attention guys, now it's official: Karasu Killer has permanent residence in Japan according to the Japanese Justice. We would like to take this opportunity to let you know that soon, in a partnership between Karasu Killer and Läjä Rex, a split by the two sickest bands in Brazil, Merda and Leptospirose, will be released. Each band will perform five songs, including one version from the other band.

After their tour in Japan, the brazilians from Mukeka di Rato have come back home and recorded "Carne", their fifth and long awaited album! It marks the return of vocalist Sandro and has 14 tracks showing the band's typical style, like we hadn't heard since "Gaiola" (1999). Karasu Killer will receive some copies soon, so if you want one, you can pre-order it! We won't have many copies, so if you really want one, it's better to make sure you pre-order, otherwise, you'll only get one when the band comes back to Japan!
